At the the tiny Les Cayes airport the team was met by new St. Pierre pastor, Father Yves Gattereau, and former pastor Father Pascal Pierre. After a drive of about 25 miles—that took 3 hours due to the terrible road—the team arrived in Baradères Monday night. |
From Port-au-Prince the team took a small plane to Les Cayes, about 25 miles south of Baraderes. The "commuter flight" cuts about 6 hours off the normally 8 to 9-hour journey to Baradères.
