January 2002 visit The people of Grand Anse named their newly completed school "École St. Jean Baptiste." And on the cistern that stores rainwater from the school's roof, someone painted a thank-you note: "Thank you Father Pascal and the international Catholic mission (meaning SJB). We will never forget you." But we will never forget the people of Baradères, for their hospitality, dignity, strength and friendship. |
